Time Flies Away

The floorboards don’t creek,
The walls do not resound;
And as it takes off,
It makes no visible sound

The history of past,
In smoke flows away
The future cut in half,
With wings flying away

Falling at,a steady pace,
Like raindrops from a cloud;
The future becomes past,
In a moment of doubt.

No one to complain to,
As it dries the bouquet;
You can only watch and stare,
As time flies away.
